1. Find your medication and place your order.

2. Have your doctor electronically send us your prescription(s) or mail your script to us. You must mail us the original script, copies will not be accepted.

3. Once we receive the prescription(s) from your doctor we will then charge your order and process it.

4. Your order will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

 We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This includes APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes.

Transferring Your Prescriptions From Another Pharmacy

To best assist you in transferring your prescription, please provide the pharmacy name and phone number. Our team will handle the rest.

  • The prescription must have a previous dispense associated with it. New prescriptions that have not yet been dispensed are not transferrable in accordance with DEA pharmacy regulations.

For all other orders, you can expect the following shipping times. Please note that prescription items cannot be shipped until a valid, verified prescription is on file. In addition to the shipping times below, please add 1-3 business days of processing time to all orders.

Standard Shipping – 4 to 7 Business Days
2-Day Shipping – 2 Business Days
Overnight – by the end of following business day
Priority Overnight – by 12pm on the following business day

Typically, orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping when selecting standard shipping. Overnight and 2-Day delivery is available at an additional cost. Orders generally ship within 1 – 3 business days of receiving the authorization from your doctor. We ship Monday through Saturday (except holidays). Orders that ship standard will arrive by USPS and orders going expedited arrive by FedEx.

Currently we do not accept insurance. We negotiate drug prices directly with manufacturers and wholesalers. By cutting out the middlemen we can drive down drug prices. In many cases our cash price will be cheaper than your copay. You can be assured every medication we sell meets the FDA’s stringent requirements.

An order can only be cancelled prior to it shipping. All cancellations must be done by calling customer service at 800-257-5007.

A 10% cancellation fee may be applied to orders that have already been filled and prepared for shipment by our pharmacy staff.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on medications.

We ship all prescription orders in unmarked packaging. Tracking will be provided to you once the package leaves our facility so you are able to keep tabs on its location throughout its journey to you.
